Who am I?

I was introduced to the crazy world of the culinary arts when I was little. My mom entered me into every fair baking competition there was in our area. Taking home many blue ribbons, I then realized my love for FOOD. Everything FOOD !!

Fast forward 44 years...  I am loving my life as a High School Culinary Arts Instructor. Teaching eager students the art I adore!
